These are the rules for using MoerseQR: the scan pages, the owner dashboard and the anonymous messages. By using MoerseQR you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to claim a shirt or send messages.
Your shirt
- The PIN on the swing tag claims the shirt. Keep it private until you've claimed it.
- Once claimed, you control what your shirt's QR code shows, and you're responsible for it: your own dares, questions and payment link.
- Want to give the shirt to someone else? Ask us and we'll release it so they can claim it.
Keep it lekker
Don't use MoerseQR to:
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or send hate speech or slurs;
- share sexual content, or anyone else's personal details;
- dare people to do anything dangerous, illegal or that could hurt someone;
- spam, scam or post links to other sites.
We filter messages, but no filter is perfect. Owners can delete or report any message. We may remove content, switch off a shirt, or close an account that breaks these rules.
Drink responsibly
Dares are for fun. Nobody has to do anything they don't want to. Never drink and drive, and don't pressure anyone to drink.
“Buy me a drink” payments
Payment links go straight to the shirt owner's own SnapScan or Zapper account. MoerseQR doesn't handle, hold or refund those payments, and we're not part of any deal between you and the owner.
The service
We work hard to keep MoerseQR running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses caused by the service being unavailable or by content other people post. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Contact
